IT Project Director


ETB Services, Inc. is a growing managed services provider (MSP) which focuses on providing top-notch IT support to small and medium-sized businesses.  Initially this position will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing IT projects for our customers both during and after normal operating hours at times.  It requires you to have a strong Level II/III support skill set, great organizational skills, and excellent communication.   • Manages and completes all customer IT projects by establishing timelines, coordinating resources, and setting expectations with all parties involved
  • Demonstrates and provides positive leadership to other project team members
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through post-project review with customers
  • Provide professional self-management and self-direction utilizing our technology toolsets
  • Give feedback on the enhancement of our service delivery and improving our processes
  • Furnish written documentation of work performed and accurate time tracking for all activities


  • Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, project status, and resource allocation
  • Work directly with the CTO to plan and implement new technologies to fulfill customer needs
  • Setup, Migrate, and Support Windows Server Infrastructure 2003-2019
  • Setup, Migrate, and Support Windows Active Directory infrastructure
  • Setup, Migrate, and Support on premise and hosted email / file sharing systems, such as Office 365, G Suite, Exchange 2007-2019, DirectAccess, DropBox, OneDrive, Skype for Business
  • Design, setup, and support Firewalls, Switches, WAPs, and overall network infrastructure for new and existing networks from LAN to WAN
  • In-depth knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, PAT, and WAN security
  • Setup server hardware for physical and virtual environments to include in-depth knowledge of: server storage methods, Hypervisor configurations, and clustering
  • Experience with hosted VoIP solutions and deployment planning


  • A minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience in an IT Consulting position or at a MSP
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher; IT related is preferred
  • At least 1 or more IT related certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, NET+, CCNA, CSSP
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing system for time and record keeping
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet established goals in a timely manner
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a background check
